Mission

To Map the Turks and Caicos Islands and maintain an up-to-date record of all Land Information and Spatial Data, including the National Cadastral Fabric, in both digital and graphical format, and market or dissemination all such information and / or data in order to facilitate Planning and Investment, and Promote Development in all Sectors of the Economy.

To carry out and / or ensure that all surveys, including subdivision surveys, of crown land for which approval were granted are carried out in a timely manner, and appropriate follow-up action is taken to register the surveys in accordance with the Registered Land Ordinance, Chapter 72.  

To ensure that surveys executed by Authorized Land Surveyors, in both Government and Private Practice, are in accordance with the Land Survey Ordinance, Chapter 74 and the Registered Land Ordinance, Chapters 72.
